For the 25th year, the Boat Show will be held in Clift Park on the North Shore of beautiful Skaneateles Lake. It has become a summer tradition to many in the Finger Lakes. Register for the Show Here!
The FLC Boat Show is aN ACBS judged event held annually on the last full weekend of July
The 41st annual boat show will be July 26-28 2019
The site, in the center of town, is convenient to many shops and restaurants. The Show is hosted by the Finger Lakes Chapter and the Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation. This will be the second year for the new docks and all comments have been positive. Exhibitors are finding it much easier to maneuver and secure their boats - the slips are two feet wider, the 'fingers' are 24' long and wider as well and the main dock is a full six feet in width allowing for a safer and more secure footing for all. And, more importantly, we have it on good authority that the Lake will be at normal levels this year with all the snow and rain run-off
The Show affords visitors an exhibit of over forty antique and classic boats in the water and many land displays with an opportunity to speak to the owners. We encourage owners of fiber glass classics built 1992 and earlier to exhibit their boats. All entries are eligible for judging in accordance with the Antique and Classic Boat Society (ACBS) standards
We feature a popular boat launching service where exhibitors are met at the launch ramp by our launch crew who carefully unload boats and then park tow vehicles and trailers for exhibitors so that they may enjoy the ride to town in their boat unconcerned about the disposition of their vehicle and trailer. At the close of the show on Sunday, the launch crew can bring vehicles and trailers back to the ramp to reload the exhibitors’ boats again, with the skillful assistance of our launch staff. We have room for about 40 in-water displays with additional room in the adjacent park for land displays and the new, larger dock system now in place provides a safe harbor setting for the Boat Show.
